Ms. Min Liang, born in 1985, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. Ms. Liang holds a bachelor’s degree from Department of Chemistry, Fudan University and a master’s degree in global executive master of business administration (Global EMBA) from China Europe International Business School. Ms. Liang was a senior sales representative of Johnson & Johnson Medical (China) Ltd. from July 2008 to March 2011, and a marketing manager of Abbott Laboratories Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from April 2011 to April 2021. Ms. Liang joined MicroPort Sinica Co., Ltd. in April 2021. From November 2023 to November 2025, Ms. Liang served as the chairwoman of the board of supervisors of Shanghai MicroPort Endovascular MedTech (Group) Co., Ltd. She is currently the business director of overseas business department of MicroPort Sinica Co., Ltd., and the director of Shanghai Microport Medbot(Group)Co.,Ltd. Ms. Liang has been director of Endovastec™ since January 2026.
